1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Once we receive your order it usually takes 2 days to process your order then we will by UPS or Post Office you will receive your order within 8 business days or sooner. You will receive a email with your complete order and the estimated ship date. Personalized gifts take 3 business days to engrave. We also offer UPS 2nd Day and Overnight shipping for an extra charge.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Paypal and Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only 7% in Rhode Island. The sales tax will be added to your order during checkout.

5. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 9pm Eastern Time and 24 hours online.

6. Can I have wedding accessories and gifts personalized?

Wedding Supplies Unlimited offers complimentary personalization on specific items. Personalization charge for some items will be listed in the description of the product. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions.

Please note the following table for personalization styles:

Single Initial: R
Initials: RAC
(First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Initial. All same size letters.)
Monogram: RCA
(First Initial, Last Initial, Middle Initial.)

Wedding Supplies Unlimited does not accept returns on items that have been personalized. All sales are final.

7. Do we ship outside of US?

We do outside of the US. We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico but the shipping cost will be an extra $15.00 to $20.00. Please email us before placing your order.

8. How Do I Make A Purchase?

Simply navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing, if there is an option for color or a box for personalization please enter the information and then click on the yellow "Add to Shopping Cart". In your shopping cart you can change the quantity to any quantity you need, but the quantity must meet our minimum ordering requirements for that item.

After you have finished your selection, you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. Once you decide to check out, all transactions become secure and encrypted with SSL technology for protection of your personal and financial information.

9. Do You Accept Rush Orders?

We understand wedding planning is stressful enough, getting your favors shouldn't be! If by chance, you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help. In most instances we are able to ship within 24 to 72 hours, and we offer UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air to get the products to you faster. Of course, faster shipping will incurr additional charges.

Please contact us before placing a rush order to make sure that we are able to accomodate your request.

12. Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, Wedding Supplies Unlimited will send an email containing UPS delivery and tracking information. Please note that orders placed without an email address will not receive delivery and tracking information.
